The aim of our service is to bring together self-development with the rich culture of cinema by engaging you as a viewer with your favourite characters to help you identify, understand and manage your emotions and then use this experience to relieve stress, anxiety and negative thoughts to gain a sense of hope and well-being in order to reach your goals

This has been developed and is delivered in a way that provides you as an individual or the people you work/socialize with a safe environment for engagement, creativity and that all important space to take a step back and view oneself, others or situations with different perspective with the overall outcome of adopting a positive CAN DO attitude

Movies have the ability to not only initiate intimate thoughts within us but ensure participation in interactive exchanges and lively discussions with others thus creating powerful storytelling messages that not only allow a reconnection with oneself but the ability to help you relate to and empathize with others.

Cinema is universal and as such helps lead to unlimited and unimagined experiences by using creative communication delivered through a delightful and diverse mix of characters - this has taught people valuable lessons about themselves, their culture, their relationships, what has shaped their past and what can inspire them to help change happen in their present and future
