About The Coach
Lynn Anderton
I am a calm, reflective coach who has been using effective communication skills professionally
and personally for 20 years, over the last few years it has been my pleasure to coach individuals
to gain results through private sessions, within social enterprises and through my newly acquired
skills as a group workshop facilitator. I believe that the path to a positive life is knowing yourself and
others a little better, that it's never too late to learn anything and that we all have the power to make
changes that lead to fulfillment. For me, coaching is a very organic journey, what ultimately challenges me challenges others so my own personal development has been key to developing my business and using movies to allow clients access to that all important light bulb moment as a way of experiencing a sense of clarity towards improving
happiness and well being.
